This website and its document tools ("the Service") are operated by Harmony Future Holdings Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in the Republic of Ireland (company no. 802912) ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service lets you generate draft documents from information you enter. The documents are produced automatically from templates. They are provided for your convenience only.

The Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using it does not create a solicitor–client relationship. See our Disclaimer for detail.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for checking that any document you generate is suitable, lawful, and correct for your circumstances before you use it.

You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.

Some features require a one-off payment to unlock a clean, watermark-free version of a document. You can preview a watermarked version for free before you decide to buy.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total amount you pay — there are no hidden charges added at checkout. Prices include VAT where it applies; if we are not VAT-registered, no VAT is charged. The price shown at the point of purchase applies to that purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Payment unlocks the specified document output for your use. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund rights.

We own the Service, its templates, and its branding. You may use documents you generate for your own lawful purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from our templates.

The Service produces automatically generated draft documents. It is your responsibility to check and finalise any document before you rely on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, documents generated by the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or withdraw the Service at any time.

If you are unhappy with the Service or a purchase, please contact us first at businessprojectone@proton.me and we will try to put it right. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly. [Set your target response time, e.g. within 2 working days.]

We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can get free, impartial advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service, and you retain your right to take a dispute to court.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
